Knowledge session explores new NDI/NDT developments in MRO

With this goal in mind, we organized an NDI/NDT knowledge session on January 30, 2025, with contributions from Eddytec, cboost, and Fiducial. There was broad interest in the developments presented from within HIVE, including:

• Eddy current inspection of composites – for accurate detection of surface and near-surface defects.
• AI-supported, automated optical inspection methods – for faster and more consistent inspections.
• Digital tools for accurate damage positioning – to support repair preparation.

The session provided valuable insights. It also resulted in follow-up appointments for possible collaboration and support in developing and testing applications.
