We are proud to announce that Patria, an international supplier of defense, security, and aviation support products, services, and technological solutions, has joined the Hive Aerospace Collective. With its headquarters in Finland and a branch in Didam, the Netherlands, this expansion will strengthen their local operations. The location of their new office at Business Park Aviolanda, right next to Woensdrecht Air Base, was a key factor in Patria’s decision to choose HIVE.
HIVE’s unique character as a civil-military cluster, its proximity to the Royal Netherlands Air Force, its access to innovative SMEs and startups, and its collaborative environment make us an ideal match for Patria. Our MRO cluster offers a location and a network: it is a place where international OEMs, local industry, and stakeholders from the defense sector come together to jointly create solutions. It is also an ideal environment for collaboration with innovative companies. In return, Patria will contribute its expertise in aerospace manufacturing and defense support, with a strong focus on developing opportunities for industrial participation.
